William C. Ronzheimer, Ph.D. (President, Chairman, Executive Director)
Dr. Bill Ronzheimer served in pastoral ministry for over 40 years. He received his doctorate in 2013 from Omega Graduate School for his research of husbands whose wives are survivors of childhood sexual abuse. He has served in advisory roles for other organizations, has spoken internationally, and currently serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Northwestern—St. Paul (MN). His breadth and depth of professional and personal experience equipped him for leadership in Marriage Reconstruction Ministries Inc. (MRM). As President, he casts the vision for MRM, and with the involvement of the Board of Directors executes strategies towards the fulfillment of MRM’s purpose.
Daniel Green, Ph.D. (Vice-Chairman)
Dr. Green is a Licensed Psychologist and member of the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. He has served as Clinical Director at New Life Resources in Waukesha, WI since 1991. An author and frequent speaker, Dr. Green’s publications include the following topics: guilt & shame, trauma, grief, forgiveness, and integration of faith and practice. Dr. Green holds several faculty appointments, including Trinity International University and the Evangelical Theological Seminary of Prague, Czech Republic. As a Board Member of MRM, Dr. Green offers input and resourcing for the pastoral care offered through MRM.
Dennis Stapleton, Secretary
Denny Stapleton is a business owner and consultant and has been employed by Harley-Davidson Inc. and Protanic Inc. In his role as a Board Member of MRM, he offers guidance in matters relating to business planning, practices, financing, and marketing.
Clint Gridley, Treasurer
Clint Gridley is the City Administrator for Woodbury, Minnesota. As the administrator, he supervises and coordinates all department activities, handles citizen inquiries and requests, implements policies of the City Council and enforces all ordinances. In his role as a Board Member of MRM, he will oversee the financial operations and offer guidance for business practices.
Linda Pellmann, MA, LMFT
Linda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. Her counseling integrates psychology and a Christ-centered perspective recognizing that each individual is body, soul, and spirit. Linda received her M.A. from Bethel University in Saint Paul, MN, is a Clinical Supervisor, EMDR Trained, Prepare-Enrich Certified, past resident of Wisconsin Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, past member of the Wisconsin Examining Board for Marriage and Family, Professional Counselors and Social Work. Linda’s experience and expertise in family systems offer a valuable perspective as a Board member and consultant for MRM.
